We set up our composting station using RURs composters sponsored by Godrej Properties Ltd. 5 years ago as part of our CSR program. Composting with RUR has minimised our waste problems as wet waste is taken care by 4 of our composters and segregation of waste has improved the recyclable value of dry waste too. I am excited to start with my terrace garden sometime in future with my own compost. It’s gratifying to send my entire society waste into composting instead of the landfill. It’s a different sense of satisfaction as a whole!

What type of beneficiaries can RUR work with or identify for CSR funds?
We work with schools, institutions, NGOs, hospitals, Ashrams, old age homes etc. The beneficiaries are shortlisted based on the project requirements and motivation of the beneficiary to continue the project long term.
Will RUR provide an Impact assessment report for the project executed?
Yes, we do provide annual and quarterly impact assessment reports including case studies in line with UNSDGs and ESG principles.
How does RUR ensure project success?
We monitor the project through routine site visits. Our green champions provide regular updates through online meetings and whatsapp groups. We also maintain a logbook to track the project for every beneficiary to monitor the progress.
